The purpose of N.O.C.A. is to unite and empower the organic consumer.

make sure that organic food production techniques are meeting our
standards. we can also
assist the expansion and diversification of localized organic agriculture,
and have increased access to a wider variety of foods at more affordable prices.
If the organic consumer doesn't take charge of the organic industry,
corporations will. Organic food is factory farmed and shipped to
distant locals, that could easily be producing their own.
